Licensed in real estate sales in the State of New Jersey since 1990 and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida since 1998, Brian brings a unique investment perspective to the changing real estate market in South Florida.

Formerly the Vice President of Real Estate & Acquisitions for a multi-national company, Brian has been involved in the brokerage, planning, development & oversight of a diverse group of large domestic and international projects.  Some of the projects that Brian was instrumental in brokering and developing include a multi-million dollar residential project in the Bahamas, a 300 room hotel in Kansas City, Missouri and various commercial office projects throughout the United States.

Brian earned a B.A. from Rutgers College at Rutgers University in New Jersey and also holds academic certificates from Rutgers in Real Estate Development & Urban Planning.  A resident of Fort Lauderdale since 1995, Brian resides in the Harbor Beach community.

Brian is also active in the community, having served on the Board of Directors of the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival as well as the Sky Harbour East Condominium.  Brian is also a member of the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society.
